Summer has officially begun, and so far it is a not-bad one. I am pretty sure it will pick up as the days go by.

Okay, first and most important the update on Chris.

He is going to be okay. He cut so many things it is unbelievable, but it has been more than a month since it happened, and right now he is in Physio Therapy. He has gotten about 2 different casts so far, but he can move his fingers and his wrist a little bit. It is scary, because he cannot grip anything, that hand is pretty much useless. But in a month he should be about 3/4 completely normal. Not long now.

As for us, we are coming up on our 4 month anniversary. Small, but getting larger by the month. As it should be. We have little bumps, he gets upset when I don't show my emotions or verbally tell him what I am feeling, which I agree I need to improve on. And I get upset when he pulls stunts like Canada Day. Canada Day we all tried to get together, Justin G., Chris, me, Mei, Shane, Jessica, Nicole, Meagan & her new boyfriend Joe. It started out really fun, but as the evening wore on (and the unexpected guest of the asshole Jordan who is a friend traitor) dampered my mood, and Chris's mood decreased as well as I talked to Justin, he realized he couldn't participate in the football throwing and what not...and overall the idea that he found out before I went out with him I didn't think you could fall in love at such a young age. By the end of the night we straightened it out, me quite pissed that he would be so openly rude to Justin (Me: *Sneeze sneeze sneeze sneeze* Justin: Wow you're sneezing a lot michelle, how come? Maybe you are allergic to Chris *joke* Chris: *angry face* You wish). I told him I was disappointed in the way he acted tonight and such and he promised never again to question my love for him. We are doing rather well I think. We are a pretty serious couple, but I want to make sure we keep it light & fun too, something we have to work on, as well as communication (I think that will always be something to work on and improve). And the shy girl Michelle suddenly loses most of her shyness when it comes to making out with her boyfriend. Lol..I surprise myself...but I am 17 years old now, so I am allowed to be a little more open. Nothing major of course. I would never do that.

I am mostly working 5 days a week in a row, Thurs.-Mon., unless I take a day or 2 off a month. My last paycheque for 15 days was $426.00. Not bad at ALL. Chris isn't working yet, so it is very convenient whenever I am off work to get together with him, as he is ALWAYS available, unless he is with another friend.

Superman Returns, Pirates of the Caribbean 2 ead Man's Chest were both AMAZING movies.

My birthday passed so quickly I better write it down before I forget it happened. I took the Thursday off work, and woke up to a pancake breakfast from my mother. Then I proceded to finish cleaning up the house as Chris was coming over for sure and perhaps Jessica. Then I got ready, and at 2.00 Chris came over. Jessica phoned me briefly, talked for 1 minute, said a Happy Birthday, and said 1 hour wasn't long enough for her to bother coming over. She is still mad at me because after she got back from camping for 4 days I wasn't available to get together with her for 2 days. GROW UP. So she kinda downed my birthday but at least I had Chris. And he made it so special, it was amazing. He finally gave me the present he bought me in Mexico, and it was just what I thought it was, pieced together through clues from people, my own dreams, and just hunches. A delicate gold chain necklace, from which hung a heart with 14 rubies, held together with little gold balls,and at the top part of the heart attaching to the chain is a little tiny diamond with silver & gold on either side of it. As well, I received the larger-size penguin ('our animal') of the one I got him for his birthday (more on that later). He also hand-made me a card (I started that trend lol). Then we just talked, went for a walk, STARTED watching Harry Potter 4 (got interrupted by our hormones) and at 7.00 left for a meal at his workplace restaurant Kelsey's, and I met all his coworkers, who told him he had a very pretty girlfriend and I saw the chic who has a crush on him and sent dagger-looks her way lol. Then we rushed off as we were late for the movie to meet up with Justin, Meagan, Mei & Shane (POTC 2). Got there a bit too late and had to sit in the front seats but it was still amazing. Mei & Shane were fighting in the beginning, but they sorted it out. Jessica didn't come as she went to see it with her brother the day before (she complained so bitterly to me before it came out that I BETTER go see it with her or she will be mad) and Nicole was out of town. Justin forgot it was my birthday I think but ended up getting me a card. After that it was already 11.30 so we had to drive home and I spent the last 8 minutes before midnight sitting with Chris. Very nice day.

Chris's birthday was before mine, June 26th, and it was pretty good as well. I went over and spent the whole day with him, giving him a silver framed picture of his fave picture of me, a burned CD of all our favourite songs, a plushie penguin, and a jokey little box thingie called "Superhero Kit" lol. Had supper with his family, not too much else went on, made him watch "A Walk To Remember" with me lol. He had a party a few days later but he was kinda grumpy for it as the hours wore on. Not too many people came either..he needed better planning!

Other than THAT...having my family birthday dinner tonight, so I will find out what presents they got me. Should be interesting.

Hunter puppy is doing very well, growing so fast it is incredible. He still has a problem with biting, jumping, & barking (all the most annoying things a dog could do) but he is still only 4 months old, and we are working on it. When he is 5 or 6 months old we will take him to puppy training classes. He is good with us usually, but as soon as someone new walks in the door, demon-dog, lol.

Kristian is still trying to get back together with Derek unfortunately, but what can you do.

We are still working on going to the Mayan Riviera in Mexico on November 10th, and it is looking more and more sure as the days go by.

I am hoping Dad will go out of town for me Tuesday, July 25th and I can have my birthday party. I wasn't sure if I was going to have one but everyone wants me to have one and I've already subconciously started planning it lol. Well I better get back to writing captions for my photo album at work. Chris is supposed to stop by soon.
